Temec has acted as Owner’s Engineer for a number of confidential power project developments. The projects have included gas turbine simple cycle and combined cycle plants, cogeneration plants, wood waste plants and combinations thereof.

Temec can provide a wide range of services to developers due to the experience of its personnel in the field of independent power generation projects.

Services provided in the early development stages have included cycle selection studies, heat and mass balances, site layout studies, equipment selection and sizing, power and fuel predictions and capital cost estimates.

Services provided in the later development stages have included review of the Engineering, Procurement and Construction contractor’s scope of supply and engineering.

Projects have ranged in size from 50 to 250 MW.
