Mr. Grindlay has been involved in project management , engineering design, site supervision, checkout, start-up, commissioning and post start-up optimization for various pulp, paper, power generation, utility plant and primary metal projects for approximately 22 years. Mr. Grindlay's responsibilities have included project management, feasibility, preliminary and detail engineering, cost control, estimating, scheduling, construction management, organizing of checkout and start-up teams, shutdown planning, tie-in design, construction and engineering progress monitoring, vendor negotiations, contract writing and administration, equipment specifications, process optimization, insurance claim assistance and strategic studies. Mr. Grindlay's working knowledge of all engineering disciplines makes him effective coordinator for projects of all sizes.
