Ms. Boisvert has been involved in process, steam and power generation projects for the pulp and paper, utility and various other industries for 23 years. She has also been involved in the development of independent power generation projects from conceptual design, through project execution to commissioning and start-up. Ms. Boisvert's responsibilities have included Owner's Project Manager for 254 MW turn-key combined cycle cogeneration project in Campbell River, BC and Owner's Project Engineer for a 50 MW turn-key cogeneration project in Whitby, Ontario. Ms. Boisvert is experienced in thermal process and mechanical engineering, thermal power cycle modeling and optimization, selection and evaluation of major equipment, environment permitting, contract preparation and negotiations. Ms. Boisvert holds a Master Degree in Combustion Modeling and is a Certified Energy Manager.
