Mr. Gaffney's over thirty years of engineering experience encompasses multi discipline heavy industrial and mining project management and construction management, supervision of multi discipline design and drafting teams; and structural detail design. Brian’s responsibilities have included construction manager, multi discipline field construction coordinator and inspection, project management, feasibility, preliminary and detail engineering of steelwork, concrete and timber building superstructures; building and equipment foundations, and scheduling; capital cost estimating; vendor liaison; development of contracts, and implementing and awarding tenders.
